The rental price includes  the bills  of water and internet; electricity and gazs bottles to be paid separatelly
It consists of 4 individual bedrooms with their locks, good closets, kitchen and one bathroom. Designed throughout with a modern vibe.

Minimum stay: 5 months. The apartment is rented only for one semester (from 1st September to 31st January or from 1st February to 30th June = 5 months)
or for the entire academic course (from 1st September to 30th June = 10 months).
Shorter or longer periods are not allowed.
Security deposit: 1 extra month
