Living room: shared use with the landlady as a Nutritionist’s office 2 days a week in the morning and 2 days a week in the afternoon (schedule to be agrred with the landlady)

NOTE: The prices of these rooms are considerably lower than the market average due to the fact that you share the living room with the owner two afternoons a week.

The rental price includes the bills of internet, water and electricity (up to 100€/month = 25€ per person each month).
