Minimum stay: 5 months. The apartment is rented only for one semester (from 1st September to 31st January or from 1st February to 30th June = 5 months)
or for the entire academic course (from 1st September to 30th June = 10 months).
Shorter periods not allowed.
Commission: 1 full month for contracts for the entire academic year and half a month for contracts of only one semester
